Two days in Wisconsin. Two certifications.
10 & 11 Dec Thursday & Friday · WisconsinResin bound surfacing is one of the fastest-growing finishes in North America, and Wisconsin still has barely a handful of certified installers. For two days in December we're bringing the full hands-on course to you: day one you lay a real Resin Rock surface, day two you lay rubber surfacing - and you go home certified in both, with the pricing, materials and sales training to start quoting jobs.
- 2 daysHands-on, on a real surface - not a whiteboard

Three very different people book the same two days
Whether you've never touched a trowel or you run a crew, the course is built so everyone leaves able to lay both surfaces without a trainer over them - and able to price and sell the work.
Starting from scratch
You've never laid a surface in your life. That's the most common person on the course - day one starts with the theory, then you're on the tools under supervision until the technique is yours.
Already on the tools
You do concrete, landscaping or hardscape and want a service your competitors in Wisconsin can't quote against. The technique transfers fast; the material science is the new part.
Running a crew
Bring your team and train together. We cover estimating and material calculations alongside the install, so you leave able to quote jobs as well as lay them.
See what two days on the tools looks like
This is a Resin Rock session in progress. You mix, pour, trowel and finish an actual installation - and get it wrong a few times in front of a trainer rather than in front of a customer.
What you'll actually be doing
Day one is Resin Rock. Day two is rubber surfacing, then the business side. Theory only where it changes how you work.
Materials and mix
Resin chemistry, aggregate selection, ratios, and how Wisconsin temperatures and humidity change your working time.
Base preparation
Assessing existing concrete and asphalt, priming, edge detailing, and knowing when a base has to be replaced rather than overlaid.
Your first Resin Rock pour
Forced-action mixer, wet edge, trowel technique, working around drains and curves. You lay a real surface with a trainer at your shoulder.
Rubber surfacing
Poured rubber for pool decks, patios, play areas and walkways: granules, binder ratios, base prep and trowel technique. You lay it yourself.
Job pricing, sales and marketing
How to measure and price a job so it makes money, the job pricing materials you take home, and how to find and close your first customers.
Certification in both
You're signed off as a certified installer for Resin Rock and rubber surfacing, with project assistance available on your first jobs.

Work done by people who trained with us
These are the kinds of jobs a certified installer takes on once the technique is theirs.
You don't finish training and get left alone
Certification
Complete the two days and you're certified in both Resin Rock and rubber surfacing - listed alongside the 200+ installers already working across North America.
Certification isn't a certificate in a drawer. It's what lets homeowners verify you actually know the system, and it's what our support team checks before helping you on a job.
- Listed on the Resin Rock certified installer directory
- Exclusive installer pricing on the full material range
- Project assistance from our team on your first jobs
Homeowner enquiries in Wisconsin
We advertise to homeowners across North America. Enquiries that come in are routed to certified installers covering that area through ResinRockLeads.
Wisconsin is one of the least-covered states we have. That's the honest reason we're running the course there - the enquiries exist, and there aren't enough certified installers to send them to.
- Enquiries routed by zip code coverage
- Your own listing on the find-an-installer directory
- Marketing material you can use under the Resin Rock brand
Before you reserve
What does the two-day course cost?
It depends on how many seats you're booking - a crew books differently from one person. We confirm the exact cost on the call before anything is booked, so you'll never be charged something you haven't agreed to. Reserving a seat costs nothing. Whatever the number, it covers both certifications, all materials, the job pricing materials and the sales training.
I've never done anything like this. Is that a problem?
No - it's the most common starting point. Day one assumes nothing. What matters more than experience is whether you're comfortable doing physical work outdoors and dealing with customers directly.
What's the rubber surfacing part?
Poured rubber is the seamless, soft surface used on pool decks, patios, walkways and play areas - a different material with its own technique, and a second service you can quote for. Day two covers it hands-on, and you leave certified in it alongside Resin Rock.
What happens after the two days?
You get exclusive installer pricing, the job pricing materials from the course, project assistance from our team on your first jobs, and a listing on the certified installer directory. The sales and marketing training on day two is there so you can start finding customers straight away.
Where exactly in Wisconsin is it?
The venue is confirmed on the call and sent with your booking details, along with start times, directions and nearby places to stay. Tell us where you're travelling from on the form and we'll help you plan it.
Can I bring my crew?
Yes - pick how many seats you need on the form. Teams that train together tend to get up to speed fastest, and we cover estimating and material calculations so the business side is handled too.
What equipment will I need afterwards?
Resin bound needs a forced-action mixer and finishing tools, not a yard full of machinery. During the course we cover exactly what's required, what it costs, and what you can hire rather than buy at the start.
I can't make 10–11 December. Can I still apply?
Yes. Reserve anyway and tell us on the call - we run in-person, one-to-one and on-your-site training year round, and we'll find a route that fits.
What happens after I reserve?
Someone from our training team calls you. They'll confirm your seat, go through the cost and what to expect, and answer anything you're unsure about. If we don't think the course is right for you, we'll say so.
Seats close when the room is full
Reserving costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It puts you in front of someone who can confirm your seat and tell you honestly whether this trade suits you.
