Important Legal Notice — Please Read Before Engaging an Installer

1. Purpose of Installer Referrals
Resin Rock LLC ("Resin Rock") may, as a courtesy to homeowners, property owners, and prospective customers, provide contact information for independent contractors who have received instruction or training regarding the installation of Resin Rock products.

These referrals are provided strictly for informational purposes to assist customers in locating potential installation professionals.

Resin Rock does not undertake, manage, supervise, or assume responsibility for installation services performed by independent contractors merely because their contact information has been provided by Resin Rock.

2. Independent Contractor Status
All contractors referred or suggested by Resin Rock operate as independent businesses.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by Resin Rock:
· Installers are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, or subcontractors of Resin Rock.
· Installers are not authorized to enter into installation contracts or make commitments on behalf of Resin Rock.
· Resin Rock does not control their business operations, workmanship, pricing, scheduling, employees, or project management.
· Any agreement for installation services exists exclusively between the homeowner or property owner and the selected installer.

A contractor's participation in Resin Rock training does not establish an employment, agency, partnership, or subcontractor relationship with Resin Rock.

3. Training Does Not Guarantee Installation Quality
Contractors whose information is provided by Resin Rock may have received training or installation guidance concerning the correct application and handling of Resin Rock products.

However, the completion of training does not constitute a guarantee, certification of ongoing competence, or warranty of any contractor's workmanship, professionalism, financial standing, licensing, insurance, or future performance.

Each installer remains independently responsible for following applicable installation instructions, product specifications, safety requirements, building codes, and applicable laws.

4. Homeowner's Freedom of Choice
Any installer contact information supplied by Resin Rock is a suggestion only.

The homeowner retains complete discretion to select, reject, compare, or independently appoint any installer of their choosing.

Resin Rock does not require homeowners to engage any particular independent contractor.

Before entering into an installation agreement, homeowners are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence, including verifying relevant licensing, insurance, references, qualifications, written quotations, and contractual terms.

5. Responsibility for Installation Work
The independently selected installer is responsible for their own installation services, including:
· Site inspections, assessments, measurements, and quotations.
· Surface preparation and evaluation of the existing substrate.
· Installation methods, workmanship, and compliance with applicable manufacturer instructions.
· Staffing, jobsite safety, equipment, and scheduling.
· Project completion, site cleanup, and workmanship-related corrective work.
· Damage, defects, deficiencies, delays, or other issues arising from the installer's services, acts, or omissions.
· Any workmanship guarantees, installation warranties, or obligations agreed upon between the installer and customer.

Any complaint, dispute, request for repair, claim for reimbursement, or issue concerning an independent installer's workmanship or contractual performance must be addressed directly with the installer responsible for that project.

Resin Rock is not a party to agreements between homeowners and independently selected installers merely by providing a referral.

6. Limitation of Resin Rock's Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resin Rock disclaims responsibility and liability arising solely from the independent installer's workmanship, performance, contractual obligations, actions, or omissions.

This includes installation defects, improper preparation, application errors, project delays, property damage caused by installer workmanship, and disputes regarding installation payments or services.

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude, waive, or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability properly attributable to Resin Rock's own acts, omissions, product defects, or applicable express warranties.

7. Product Warranty and Installation Warranty
Resin Rock's obligations relating to products it supplies are separate from an independent installer's obligations relating to installation services.

Any applicable Resin Rock product warranty remains subject to its written terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

Unless Resin Rock expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Resin Rock does not provide a workmanship warranty for installation services performed by independent contractors.

A warranty claim concerning the product itself should be handled in accordance with Resin Rock's applicable product warranty procedure. Workmanship claims should be directed to the installer.

8. No Guarantee or Endorsement
Providing an installer's name, company details, or contact information does not constitute a guarantee of their availability, competence, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or performance.

Resin Rock makes no representation that any particular installer is suitable for a customer's specific project. The customer is responsible for determining whether the installer meets their requirements.

9. Acknowledgment of Referral Notice
By receiving an installer referral, the recipient is being informed that the suggested contractor operates independently of Resin Rock and that any installation agreement is to be negotiated directly between the customer and the installer.

This notice is provided for clarity regarding the respective roles of Resin Rock and the independent installer. Receipt of this notice alone does not constitute a signed waiver or release of legal rights.
